Lampwork Bead Information
Each bead is formed in the flame by me using Moretti Glass unless otherwise noted, and properly annealed in a kiln. Note: each bead is an individual handcrafted piece, therefore there might be slight variations between your finished bead and the item pictured. Checks, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Do you have a Bead Store? If so, Wholesale Inquiries are welcomed.

Shopping Online Using the Shopping Cart
As each item is added into your shopping basket, you will be taken to the "View Shopping Basket Area". There will be a link to bring you back to the page you were currently shopping on should you choose to continue browsing through the online catalog. The payment area of the cart is a Secure Server.

Mail Order & Phone Orders
Mail order is another option for placing your order. You can print out an online Order Form and mail it to: Mad Cat Beads, PO Box 34, Greene, Maine 04236. Please make checks payable to CarolAnne Bouchles. If you would like to charge your order by phone, Email Me your phone number or call 207-946-7682.

Payment by Paypal
Visa and Mastercard payments can be accepted online with PayPal, a free and secure online service. Just fill out my online order form and click on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. I will recieve your order and send you back an email confirmation with your order, order total and amount to transfer using the Paypal payment option. I will ship your items when I recieve email confirmation from Paypal of payment transfer.

Shipping
Lampwork Glass Beads: My typical work week is Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. Bead orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Most times orders are completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. I will contact you with an estimated ship date for your order. Each bead is an individual handcrafted piece and will be made just for you. Also please note since each piece is handcrafted individually, there might be slight variations between your finished bead and item pictured. All orders will be shipped Insured Priority Mail and packaged with tender loving care.

Payment
I accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. If you are a first time customer and paying by personal check, I will hold your order until the funds have cleared the bank (approximately 7-10 days). There will be a $25.00 charge for NSF (non sufficient funds), bounced checks.

Returns/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately by phone (207-946-7682) or Email ME for return authorization and instructions. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

I will accept returns for * refunds as long as the following guidelines are followed:

• 1) merchandise is received in its original condition
• 2) a copy of the original invoice is included
• 3) returns are shipped within 10 days of receipt
